How to pre-order?

  3. Choose between Down payment or Full Payment option.
  4. Add the item/order to cart.
  5. Press "Check out
  6. Select Delivery Method
    1. Ship (We can ship nationwide), fill-up your address information 
      1. PRE-ORDER (I WILL PAY SHIPPING UPON ARRIVAL to be computed) We normally charge shipping fee upon arrival, we'll request you to fill-up information again via separate form by then.
    2. Pick-up (during quarantine, only curbside/outside of HQ pick-up is available)

Make sure that your order is confirmed/checked out via website before sending payments. (Minimum DP required for pre-orders)

When should I pay the down payment?

Customers are expected to pay within 7 days from ordering via website (or before ordering deadline, whichever is earlier). After ordering, customers should receive an email with "order confirmation, " and order ID e.g. #12345.

For products with very limited slots, we monitor the quantity allotted to customers, if there's no payment within the 7 day allotment, we'll be cancelling order reservation via website.

 

Where should I submit copies of payment?

Once submitted, customers shall receive email with the subject: "Hubbyte Toy Store - Payment submission received." which shall serve as submission confirmation.

If there are issues regarding your payment copies e.g. wrong/unreadable image attached, no existing records reflected via accounts, etc, it's the time core member handling finances shall contact you.


When should I settle my pre-order balances?

You can settle your balances on/before arrival. Make sure to always submit copies of your payment via payment submission form.

Downpayment is deducted to compute balances. (From PO price if paid/ordered during PO period, SRP if paid/ordered after PO deadline).


My payment and order status is not updated via your website, what should I do?

Please don't mind payment status via website since it currently does not support partial payments (automated payments will be enabled this year). Due to the limitation, we have used a different system in recording payments. (Customers who have pre-ordered via our service normally receive the invoice upon arrival, from this system: Zoho).

Currently, we use only the website for taking orders, and allotting slots for pre-orders.

As long as customers have submitted copies via payment submission form and there are no issues, payment should be recorded/OK.


How can I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?

GSC Nendoroid and figma are products under "FREE SHIPPING" promotion. Customers can pay in FULL during pre-order period to avail FREE SHIPPING.  *SUKI registered customers can also avail FREE SHIPPING if they pay on-time (application for SUKI currently on-hold during 2020).


How long can I have my items stored in your storage and can I have my orders combinedly shipped?

A. Unpaid items will be disposed of 1 week from arrival for all customers.
B. Customers can have their items stored from arrival date for a maximum of

1. 14 days for regular customers
2. 30 days for SUKI members

C. Storage Fee of Php 400 per item shall automatically be charged to ALL customers starting day 1 in excess of allotted storage time ( Check B ).

The storage fee will be automatically charged per 30 calendar day until the amount/value of item stored is depleted then be sold via our selling channels.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Our service don't accept order cancellations.  PAID orders can't be cancelled, and deposit can't be refunded.  UNPAID orders will be automatically cancelled past ordering deadline.
